1. Is there an admission fee?
Since this is a business negotiation event, those attending for business discussions, purchases, or to participate in events or seminars can enter free of charge by completing the recommended online pre-registration.
2. How can I gain entry?
As this is a business negotiation event, general visitors who do not intend to engage in business negotiations, purchases, or participate in events or seminars will be charged an admission fee of JPY 2,000.
You can also register on-site on the day of the show, but heavy congestion is expected. To ensure smooth entry, we recommend pre-registration via this website.
Once you complete the registration following the instructions, a "Visitor Badge Exchange Ticket" will be displayed on your My Page.
Please print it out and bring it at the venue. You can exchange it for your visitor badge on-site. The visitor badge is valid for all three days of the exhibition.
3. What payment methods are available for the admission fee?
General visitors who do not intend to engage in business negotiations, purchases, or participate in events or seminars will be charged an admission fee of JPY 2,000, payable at the reception desk on the day.
Please note that only cash payments will be accepted at the on-site reception.
4. I don’t have an email address. Can I still pre-register?
An email address is required for pre-registration.
5. We plan to attend with multiple people. Can we pre-register together?
Unfortunately, pre-registration must be completed individually for each person.
